We have written about almond flour in a previous issue and it seems you were reading because we sold out of this great product quickly. So this  nutty product feature is back by popular demand. In case you are reading this  for the first time, almond flour is made from ground sweet almonds. Our almond flour is made with  blanched almonds (no skins) so it adds moistness and a rich nutty taste to baked  goods. It is gluten-free and popular with those who are following a low-carb diet. We have just received a  new shipment of almond flour from California so you can stock or re-stock your  pantry.
